Incredibly beautiful and fairly clean place, everything was incredible. Bright and modest room with luxury bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent selection for breakfast. Location next to Specially in the restaurant, the waterfront and the sandy beach of Saint-Malo. Also, to the center of Saint Malo. Early check in and in general very good service.

Amazing ocean view from the room and balcony. The sunset was absolutely stunning! The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beachfront and just a short walk to the city center. It was so convenient to explore the area.- The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service and even helped arrange transportation for us when our taxi didn't show up.
The pool attendant was very rude and aggressive towards guests, which really put a damper on our swimming experience. The cost of breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive compared to other options in the city.

Excellent staff. Easy checkin. Superb restaurant.(La Verriere) Location on the front. East access to the old town.
Very pricey for what it was. I paid for 3 rooms, the 2 basic ones were 180 euros each night, room only. They were small, with poor views and didn't have even basic tea making facilities...essential for the elderly people who were staying in them. My room was overpriced (420 euros per night) I didn't really like seeing people walking around restaurants in bathrobes. Casual yes, dressing gowns, no.

It is a true 5 star place, our room and the accomodations were gorgeous. The food is excellent altho the cheaper restaurant is better than the more expensive one on site. Loved the thermal baths
They did not speak much English and did not explain things - pool hours and so forth- they were French in this regard, and most of the guests were high end French. Luckily I do speak French as I lived over there so that was not a problem

The hotel was sophisticated and immaculate, with attentive staff. The room was large and comfortable with a beautiful beach view. The spa area was luxurious and the aquatonic treatment was enjoyable. The buffet food was delicious and the beds were very cozy.
Nothing, all excellent.

I always go back to this hotel because it feels like home. The staff found my forgotten earpods and I'll never forget it. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, airport shuttle, fitness centre. Coming back for holiday!

The workers are quite friendly and professional in the restaurant Cap.
We occupied the room 364 and the single big bed was actually 2 twin beds combined together and it's very uncomfortable especially when the bed is used and quite hard. The pillows are too bumpy and cause a stiff neck every morning. Upon our arrival, we asked for a window seat at the restaurant for 2 and one of the waiters, told me it's quite difficult because it's reserved for "les habitués"! I think it's not commercial at all.At the reception of the Spa, the receptionists there aren't very useful; when we ask for towels, one of them told us to go behind to get it ourself! When she just sit and look with nothing particular to do.I Think for the price we pay, there must be a service more than a 2 or 3 star hotel.
